The new EP from Reckonize Real & Moka Only, embodies the vibes of a week long jam session. A song title like “Overtime” really sums it up, due to the fact Moka knocked out a song a day, for a week straight.
7 days, 7 songs, 7 letters to wrap it all up... VIBES EP.

Throughout the 22 minute joint effort, Moka Only (aka Kareem Serene aka Burnt Levert) keeps things bizarrely entertaining. Equipped solely with his Shure58 mic, he brings raw vibes, creates dope melodies and switches up the flow from track to track "cause that's what a pro know". The former Swollen Members legend and Vancouver native, gets into the perfect head space with producer Reckonize Real setting the stage. Experimenting heavily with Jazz and Soul samples, the Queens New York beat-smith layers a collage of sound effects, drenched with colorful atmosphere. He leans on his signature boom bap style drums and stabbing basslines to keep things grounded, all while creating a vibrant pace.

Strange sights, late nights, the occasional reminiscing of times past and of course, some sweet ass. It’s how any good week would unfold. And after ending on a good "Note", just as you're left craving more, cinematic beatmaker L'Orange joins the jam session to give a curtain call version of "Damn It Feels Good"... because, well, damn... it does feel good.

Nothing but good vibes from start to finish.
